Logon Instructions for SCA "Crappie Talk" chat board:

1-Click on the link that says "Click Here for the NEW Chat Board" on the SCA Web page

2-This opens the Main page for the Chat Board. At the very top left of the page you will see the following: "Welcome, Guest. Please login or register." If you are a first time user, click on the word "register". This takes you to the Registration Page.

3-Here you will enter your new User Name.  It is required that you enter your first name and first letter of your last name. Example:  If your name is John Brown, your user name is JOHNB

4-Next, enter your entire e-mail address (example: johnb@yahoo.com) and check whether or not you want other users to see your e-mail address.

5-Choose a password and enter it

6-Enter the password again (for verification purposes)

7-Type in the box, the characters that you see on the screen.  If you are having trouble distinguishing the characters, click on the link that says "Listen to the Letters" or the link that says "Request another image".

8-Read the disclaimer, and scroll to the bottom of the page. If you agree with the contents of the disclaimer, click the "I Agree" button.  Upon clicking this button, the "REGISTER" box will become active.  You can then click the "REGISTER" box to initiate your registration.  

9-If your User Name is already in our database, you will be prompted to select another user name. In this case, we recommend using your first name and the first and second letters of your last name.

10-If you filled out the registration properly, you will be directed to the Chat Board main page and you will notice "Hello Your User Name" displayed in the upper left corner.

11-Now you are logged in and can navigate through the Chat Board.
